Terms and Conditions (T&C) set the legal boundaries for the activities of our website visitors and subscribers. At Australian Gothic, our T&C are tailored to the unique nature of our DARK ARTS CULTURE HOUSE, online magazine and hardcover editor's edition volumes. They establish the legal relationship between our readers and us as the content creators and publishers.

THE GUARDIANSHIP CLAUSE
I. ARCHITECTURE & TRADEMARK The term Australian Gothic™ and the visual standards of the Gore Dark Culture House are the exclusive property of Bryton Gore. This is a curated movement. We are the gatekeepers of the aesthetic. Any attempt to dilute this movement into "Halloween" camp or Victorian derivative will be met with a total withdrawal of association.
II. THE ARCHIVE (AMPLIFICATION) The House does not claim your art; it claims the context. By submitting to the archive, you grant Gore Dark Culture House the irrevocable right to frame, publish, and distribute your work within the Australian Gothic genre. You are a Founding Witness. You retain the copyright; we define the legacy.
III. THE ANTI-CAMP PROTOCOL This is not a costume shop. We document the grit, the heat, and the salt-crust. We reserve the absolute right to reject any work that leans into "Goth" cliches. If it isn't raw, it isn't here.
IV. THE SCAMILY / TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT We operate on Feral Time. Depth is prioritized over speed. By entering our community or business coaching, you accept the "sloppy and slow" evolution of organic growth. There are no refunds for digital relics or archival drops. The price of presence is non-negotiable.
V. LIABILITY OF DARK ARTS Gore Dark Culture House documents the mechanics of survival. We are not responsible for the psychological displacement or the "nostalgia" triggered by the archive. You enter at your own risk.
